The Property is a 209,380 square-foot distribution facility that was constructed in 1955 and renovated during the 1990’s. TSN leases the entire facility. The lease is guaranteed by Bunzl USA Holdings LLC (“Bunzl”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent, Bunzl, plc. The Parent is traded on the London Stock Exchange under ticker symbol “BNZL”.

This property services convenience store wholesalers and retailers spanning across the eastern United States. The Property is strategically located just off of Interstate 70, allowing unparalleled access to customers in the East and Midwest and a large concentration of US population.

TSN is a leading wholesale supplier to of operating supplies and retail goods to convenience store wholesalers and retailers across the United States. TSN was acquired by Bunzl, a national leading wholesale supplier of goods to convenience stores and retailers, in 2004. The strategic acquisition allowed Bunzl to expand its supply operations with convenience stores.

TSN offers a variety of products to meet the needs of its convenience store customers, including, but not limited to, cleaning chemicals & equipment, towels, tissue & soap, food service containers and can liners. This mission-critical facility services all clients east of the Mississippi River. TSN operates one other distribution center in Colorado that services the West region. TSN (and the predecessor company acquired by TSN in 2003), has operated at the Property since 1977.
